Moving the Somatic Body will be back in 2021 with the next workshop scheduled for 6 March at Royal Park Hall, North Perth 2pm - 5pm.

11.01.2022 This is an invitation to my new workshop ‘Rest & Recuperation through Moving’. I was thrilled with the response from my last workshop. I really appreciated everybody’s open heartedness and commitment to the work and their own process. It’s wonderful for me to find a way to transmit this material, that gives me so much pleasure, and be in the learning with you. In this workshop I’m offering 3 hours of unpacking our idea of the Nervous System. I have to admit, I was quite an...xious and apprehensive at the thought of intensive work on the Nervous System, which I studied with Alice Cummins, Somatic Wisdom Program. But to my surprise what I actually experienced was the complete opposite! Contrary to what I was first fearful of, I felt nourished and empowered through a deepening knowledge of this system.
