18.01.2022 COVID UPDATE As you would all be aware we are currently closed for the next 6 days due to the SA Lockdown. We will ONLY be available to attend emergency breakdowns/power outages during this time. With COVID safety measures in place. ... We understand this is a tough time for all but we do ask that our customers please be patient now and after the lockdown ends as we will be making our way into the very busy festive season and trying to assist everyone before Christmas closures. 15.01.2022 **We are currently still open for business and ready to assist with all your electrical needs!** In the interest of our staff and customers safety during the COVID-19 outbreak we are taking some extra precautions, including; Regularly cleaning & disinfecting tools, items & vans in between work sites... Washing hands more frequently Wearing PPE where necessary Staff will not attend work if unwell, presenting cold or flu like symptoms or have a temperature We will be contacting all customers via phone or email prior to attending jobs to confirm that customers are well and not knowingly exposed to COVID-19 Staff will limit their contact with customers whilst onsite and we ask that our customers do the same towards them All staff are encouraged to continue to follow social distancing advice in their personal time to keep our workplace as safe as possible If any of our customers are unwell we ask that you notify us prior to attending your property so that we can make arrangements to reschedule when safe to do so in the near future If you have any questions or wish to discuss your next project with us contact us via phone, email or Facebook and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 06.01.2022 When you changed your clocks back on Sunday did you check your smoke alarms? Fire Services recommended that you check & test your smoke alarms at least every 6 months & replace the back up battery every year. No matter what type of smoke alarm/s you have or how they are powered (battery or mains) after 10 years they are too old to rely on and should be replaced. Need assistance?
