20.01.2022 With our busiest season just around the corner, we wanted to reach out and remind everyone that all December appointments require a holding deposit. Anyone with an December appointment will receive a phone call from us over the next couple of weeks to secure your appointment with a deposit. Please understand this policy is essential to ensure we can accommodate as many clients as possible and continue to remain productive during our business time of year. Prior to establish...ing this policy we have experience up to 130 last minute cancellations in a December period and we just cannot afford to lose that valuable time this time of year. It's important to note deposits will range between $50 and $100 depending on your service. Deposits are fully redeemable on the day of the appointment and will come off your bill. The deposits are fully refundable if your appointment is cancelled giving us a minimum 24 hours notice. If you haven't yet secured a christmas appointment, we are booking out fast!
