There are many tenets of Wholeheartedness, but at its very core is vulnerability and worthiness; facing uncertainty, exposure, and emotional risks, and knowing that I am enough. Brené Brown ... Inspired by Brené, I am creating for 2022 and beyond wholeheartedness and alignment of the mind, body, and spirit: 1. Energy to Allow Contribution, 2. Focus and Grounding, 3. 31.10.2021 Hey everyone, Thank you for liking the video Thank you for joining and thank you for tuning in.... I'm actually really uncomfortable making this video. It's actually my first video really talking about something that I really care about. Now for those of you who don't know me, my name is Markus Ottomar Winzer. And something you may not know about me is that 23 years ago, I decided to go to the United States for a year as a high school student. That's right, I actually decided to work on my confidence, and work on my ability to speak English, and learn really the American lifestyle. What's it like to play football, play basketball, and learn and speak English every day. I was frightened and scared at first I can tell you. But what I got from one year abroad is that curiosity for different nationalities, for different cultures, and for different people other than in my home country in Germany, and in Europe as a whole. So 11 years ago, in 2010, I followed and I decided really that I'd take on the challenge that my manager gave me at the time. Go to India and lead a 35 people strong, multi-national team to produce a multi-million-dollar proposal that would actually change the way Indians work, live and connect to the Internet. Now forward five years ago, I had the privilege to work for more than seven years in an Australian team here, in a sales role as account manager. And I got to contribute with a team of more than 50 people, really to the biggest and largest infrastructure project in Australia. I will be forever grateful to the great manager that I had at the time. Who still to this day, one of the greatest female leaders for me and my career. Now one thing I discovered, what the real problem actually is, that many managers, leaders, CEOs, and managing directors, and team managers have, is that chaos and that in transparency (actually it is non-transparency) of knowing what really stops their teams. So that's why I dedicated my life now, really to you, to leaders, to business owners, to CEOs, and to team leaders whenever you lead a team, I'm dedicated to uncovering what is effectiveness for you and what stops it? In fact, also what enhances it? So drop in the comment box below, drop in what's effectiveness for you?
