05.01.2022 You have to try this. I can't EVEN explain how simple it is yet the most delicious and fresh meal. I used to live off nori but forgot how great it is. Nori sheet, red cabbage, yellow capsicum, alfalfa sprouts, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and avocado. And a good splash of tamari. Devine!

01.01.2022 Im just in awe at Lachlan's great jumping ability and explosive power... he makes jumping this bench look super easy, which I think it is for him! FYI Lachlan has lost 20 kgs since we started training together. We trained for a month together then he has done 2 back to back Moxie Fit 6 Week challenges.
