25.01.2022 We are seeing movement!!! Bookings are starting to become a regular thing again and best of all more people are looking to put properties on Airbnb. It was only a few months but the quiet was eerie. It feels like a whole new opportunity post Covid, with Launceston being such a beautiful town and the gateway to so many amazing attractions! Im so excited to tour our beautiful country, firstly starting with this incredible state!

10.01.2022 Peak season is coming, and what an interesting peak season it will be! Last year we were bumping our cleaning staff up to 10 staff to look after out 42 houses. But this year we have an ace team if 4 to look after 16! If you had told me 2020 would look like this I wouldn't have believed you. Looks a touch different to the 60 expected homes. In saying this the slow down had meant a lot of our homes had some extra love and out staff have had a LOT of extra training. So as the sun begins to shine more often we are excited for the future of our beautiful state!

06.01.2022 What an interesting time we are in, with August nearly over we are moving into peak travel season for Tasmania. With the change in the market we have seen a lot of longer stays from people who need temporary accommodation due to house purchase settlement delays. 05.01.2022 No matter how much you love your cleaner, or how good a job they do, make sure to do a good spring clean once a quarter. Grout, silicone, ovens, skirting boards... and all the little spaces where things can get messy if they arent kept on top of. Not only does it make for a better kept asset, your guests will appreciate the clean environment too!

02.01.2022 Its been a tough couple of months as people in our lovely little town are dealing with the outcomes of Coronavirus. Over 95% of the bookings from Airbnb have cancelled so we are taking the opportunity to do some deep maintenance and cleaning for the properties we look after. We are starting to see a little movement with a few bookings, but unfortunately it doesnt look like the short stay market is going to kick off any time soon. ... In the meantime we will continue to accept bookings in accordance to health recommendations and lay the foundations for a resurgence of the tourism market! Stay safe and healthy <3
