17.01.2022 Some of our large breast bulk packs available this Friday between 8.30 and 12 for pick up. 2 & 3 kilo frozen packs $7 kilo, only a small amount available so you need to book your breast before hand. I like to cut mine into 7 slices, dust in my flour mix ( flour, ground cumin, cayenne, salt, pepper) then shallow fry in coconut oil. Great in soft tacos or even on their own with aioli for an afternoon snack.

07.01.2022 I would like to introduce our customers to Anita, who is Moya Valley Poultry's new admin assistant. Anita has been working with us for a little while now and we are excited to have her come on board and fill this role. On the other hand, it is with great sadness (and possibly a bit of happiness!) that I am now moving on to different things and will no longer be the admin at Moya Valley. It has been a wonderful few years getting to know all of our great customers and being a...ble to help so many in the chicken world. Thankyou to everyone for making this part of my job so much more enjoyable. Please look after Anita and be patient while she is learning the ropes, I'm sure it won't take her very long.
