20.01.2022 It { a newly stated repetition model } states that muscle hypertrophy is caused by adequate muscle tension, where reps are only counted at or close to max. Most people can only get 5 stimulating reps per set, that is the last 5 reps of your set (assuming the last is a failure rep) count as stimulating reps. To build muscle you need to be aiming for 15 - 25 stimulating reps per workout per muscletargeted.... This means if you're training to set reps, let's say 10, and you stop when you feel like you could have done maybe 2 more, you onlyachieved3 stimulating reps. You can enter all five of them and just like the MPC Games, you will receive the number of points that correspond with the exercise you’re currently able to perform. . These are the four main postural issues plaguing developed nations now due to sitting down for extended periods of time, spending too much time on one's phone, carrying heavy backpacks, sleeping with multiple pillows and many other precursors. . . Well first we will test your body to see what issues are plaguing you and assess how bad they actually are, then we will talk about the common issues and methods to combat them. The modern way of living has caused a myriad of postural health issues and the need to remedy this has never been greater. . In this workshop we will address issues such as: FHP (Forward Head Posture) Excessive Posterior Pelvic Tilt Excessive Anterior Pelvic Tilt Rounding of Shoulders . These are the four main postural issues plaguing developed nations now due to sitting down for extended periods of time, spending too much time on one's phone, carrying heavy backpacks, sleeping with multiple pillows and many other precursors. . . What is the workshop all about!?!? . Well first we will test your body to see what issues are plaguing you and assess how bad they actually are, then we will talk about the common issues and methods to combat them. Taking you through a dynamic and static mobility session we will open your body up and help you to realise what it's like to feel more flexible and mobile! . To finish off there's a workout in which we focus on activation exercises to strengthen commonly weak areas which will increase your strength through better postural mobility. ... .. .
