04.01.2022 QUALITY ASSURANCE Although not a registered Quality Assured company, Mpire Security Management are Security Officer / Crowd Control Officer licenced and have not only worked in the field but have come from corporate backgrounds within the industry and are committed to the principals and practice of Quality Assurance. We have recently invested in a wand verification system called UNIGUARD which provides a time stamp of when the Foot or Mobile patrol was conducted. Methods and ...process used to maintain quality: The standard of service remains high. Clients sites are inspected often and ensure that timely remedial action is taken to rectify any shortcoming discovered. Security Officers are properly dressed at all times. Welfare and grievances of Officers are addressed immediately. Provide timely reports of site conditions and draw attention to any development that requires intervention for remedial action. Liaise with police and other emergency services. All issues of complaint, discipline and diligence in duties of Officers are continuously monitored and non-compliance is adequately dealt with. Investigate and follow up promptly all incidents relevant to security operations. Personnel selection is based on Mpire Security policies, i.e. before being considered as an employee they must have the following: 01) Current Senior First Aid Certificate 02) Current Drivers License 03) Competency Certificate to qualify their Security Guard License.
