Service dogs do amazing work & honestly he was the best passenger I've ever sat next to Care comes in all forms & these two have such a caring relationship

This gym is pretty good Do 10 lots of squats(5) & pushups(5) with a side shuffle in between, take 60mins rest, do as many rounds as you can
