20.01.2022 If I had a dollar for every time someone said I wish I had your decidation I’d be a bloody millionaire I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, YOU are th...e only reason you’re not where you want to be. A personal trainer, a nutritionist, a doctor, a nurse, or whoever can tell you exactly what to do, give you all of the tools and equipment that is needed. But unless you actually take action, do the steps and do it all consistently - you won’t ever change. The amount of people complaining about their weight, their fitness and their health but not doing anything about it is ridiculous, and it frustrates me! If you hated your job, would you just stay in it until it literally destroyed your soul? No you’d look for a new job and quit! If you hated your house because it was slowly breaking, would you just stay in it until it fell down? No you’d either look for a new house or fix it! It’s the same with your health and fitness - if you aren’t where you know you want to be, or more importantly should be, then you have to change it!! And I know its hard work - but with the right tools we can do it together You can love your body no matter what shape, size, or level it’s at 100%, but you need to love it enough to make sure it’s healthy on the inside! If I gave you the chance to join a 12 week challenge designed to keep you on track, accountable, consistent, and have a group of like minded people with you along the journey. Would you take it? The message today is to be kind to yourself. A separation is a kind of trauma. We’re under massive amounts of stress, and trying to learn new skills and adapt to a new way of life. Don’t hold yourself to an unrealistic standard. I nominate Matt Sully * This can be pretty confronting for some, so if you’re not up to the challenge, that’s ok. The rules are simple: * Once nominated your 25 days starts the following day. * Every day you record yourself doing 25 push-ups or any form of movement. * Every day you must nominate a different person to continue the challenge. 04.01.2022 What got you out of bed this morning? This view got me up. Last night I finished a task that I have been dreading and putting off for weeks.... Finished it at 2am. I had nowhere to be this morning, but knowing this was awaiting me motivated me to get up and start my day with positivity. Last nights task had taken me to a dark place. It brought up many negative emotions. It weighed me down, and made me question many things. I could have easily laid in bed this morning feeling sorry for myself. But I chose not to. Instead I chose to design my day. Design the day that I wanted, not the day that unfolded. What can you do right now to steer your day in the direction you desire? Let me know. What will you do?
