Photographs connect us to our past, they take us back to a specific moment in time and remind us of things like feelings, smells and sounds in that moment. You will never look back at your photos and think, I regret spending that extra couple of hundred dollars. So many people get hung up on how many photos they will get. Would you prefer a session with an awesome photographer who will deliver 25 amazing photos you can proudly display around your home and share with family and friends, or would you prefer a USB with 100+ photos but you only really like 2 or 3. As we grow older, our photographs become the most important keepsakes. Invest in quality, you won’t regret it, I promise

20.01.2022 What’s the best advice you received when you were pregnant or became a first time mum? The best advice I received was sleep when baby sleeps. Sleep is so important and so hard to come by during the newborn phase. The house work will be there when you aren’t living off 2 hours sleep! Share your favourite tips in the comments below

These were taken at the motherhood sessions, the day turned out exactly how I hoped, beautiful mums with their kids, in front of the lense instead of behind it! When you become a mum, it’s hard to put yourself first. For a lot of us, it’s natural to be the one behind the scenes making sure the family is getting everything they need. it takes a lot to stop and say I’m doing this for myself What do you guys think? Should I run more motherhood sessions throughout the year?

03.01.2022 One of the most common questions I receive is when is the best time to book in for your session? I highly recommend booking in for a session during your second trimester as I tend to book out a few months in advance. I have had so many emails this weeks asking for a November / December booking and it makes me so sad when I have to turn people away because I can’t fit any more due dates in I am currently taking booking for February 2021 onwards.

01.01.2022 It’s always at the end of the session when the magic happens by this stage we have gotten all of the serious posed photos that grandma will want printed and put up on the wall! The kids are free to be themselves and have fun. This is when I feel most in my element, capturing your family as it is!!
