24.01.2022 Pulse8 Centre, is a fitness studio in Murrumbeena, run by a group of local trainers. You may have spotted them at the Carnival. If your child is looking for some extra training to help with their sport or just wanting to get fitter and healthier, PULSE8 Junior offer classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon. Classes start at 4:15pm and run for 45 minutes. Monday is boxing, Wednesday circuit training and Friday sessions focus on strength training and games. Membe...rship is $29 per week. They also offer a free week trial for anyone who wants to test the classes out first. Classes will commence on 18th November.
