23.01.2022 Another 350LC Ive just finished restoring. This one literally came as a rolling frame and a bunch of boxes with all the bits and nuts and bolts in. Even the engine was totally stripped down to bare crank cases.

21.01.2022 Latest restoration. Was my daily commuter for over two years so gave her a total restore to say thanks :-)

20.01.2022 Not a nut and bolt restore but plenty of hours went it to it. With a big tidy up, replaced lots of parts and an engine/gearbox re-build

16.01.2022 My second restoration. This was a full on challenge as I bought it as a frame and a couple of boxes of parts.

15.01.2022 3rd bike restoration and my 1st RD350LC

12.01.2022 This had only done a few thousand miles and had just been sitting under a verandah since the mid 70s. It took a lot of time and $ mainly due to all the chrome that needed replating ! The engine looked liked new inside and when I got it running it went like a new bike.

10.01.2022 Total restoration of an old Yamaha thumper. Again this one was in a right old state. Non runner and hadnt been for many years. Wiring was totally shot so all replaced and also all the ignition system replaced with CDI. Sorry XT purists I replaced the old front end with one off a Kawasaki KLX650 mainly because I wanted to do something a bit different on this restore, but I have kept all the original parts so I can always revert back to standard if I like.

08.01.2022 Purchased as an import from Japan. One piston blown and the rest of the bike in a sorry sate with siezed brakes and lots of rust. Its been a pleasure restoring this one and even more of a pleasure riding it. Soooo much fun :-) Fist pic was taken in October 2015 and finished bike in May 2016. Long delivery times for parts were the main delay...

08.01.2022 My first dabble into bike restoration. The donor wasnt too bad but the engine neded a re-build and the paint wasnt good. The before is the black with the awful king/queen seat.

05.01.2022 Next project being wheeled onto the operating table. The renowned lethal weapon of two strokes a 1985 RG500. Theres a bit of work to do with a few standard parts missing. But I like a challenge!! Watch this space...

05.01.2022 My second RD350LC restoration

03.01.2022 My 3rd RD350LC restoration. This one is now for sale...
