25.01.2022 FREE MONEY/DAMAGE SAVING INFO You might not know. . "Click on photos below" Leaves in Gutters? So what .. it doesnt matter ! ! ..... ... Sadly that is what too many people think and it ends up costing them $$$ and damage to their Homes It is not necessary their fault because if you dont know you dont know. If you dont know you need oil in the car and you blow it up? Not your fault you didnt know you were ignorant to the fact. If you did know but you just didnt do it well thats a different story. Personally I dont care if you do or you dont..... it wont affect me in the slightest . I simply want to explain why many conscientious clever people do, and give You the opportunity to make your own informed choice. We all know metal in water rusts Yeah? its a no brainer. So naturally if your gutters are full of leaves, they hold the water longer assisting good old oxidization (rusting) which is why so people have to change certain gutters every few years. . Cause theyre always full of leaves and moisture (water) . That makes sense right? Heres the learning bit. ... most people dont know that rotting leaves, apart from making a smelly mess. Creates Tanic Acid which gr8ly increases the rusting process and ultimately cost you $$$$ sometimes heaps of it, as its not always just the cost of replacing your gutters, blocked gutters cause back-flooding(water flowing over the back of your gutters into your eaves/roof/walls) which causes rotting of your internal roof timber and ceiling along with possible electrical damage. All avoidable with some Preventative Maintenence. ... prevention is better then the cure!!! So there you go, now you have the low down as to why people choose to do it. 05.01.2022 Hi All, Felt the need to post as Ive met to many people throught the last week that have had to spend money in recent times unnecessarily. You see Ive been out knocking doors to promote Mr B - Home Services and educating people about the importance of the sacrificial anode in their storage hotwater system. Most people dont know about them and are surprised that they havent been informed in the past. Which is why Im doing what Im doing. The reason for my post is that du...ring the past week I have met over 40 households that have replaced their Hotwater System (HWS) due to it rusting out and lack of preventative maintenance, costing them between $1680 - $3400. Money that could have stayed in their pocket and been utilized for other things. Which would you prefer?? Please dont take my word for it, do your own research and prove to yourself that it is something you should do and it will benefit you 100%. Once you have concluded it is one thing worth maintaining please contact me and I will happily come change it for you or provide an anode and you can install it yourself. 04.01.2022 Dont be without hot water or Have to spend money unnecessarily. Protect your system (HWS) by changing the anode, they should last forever if you just do A little maintenance as the manufacturers recommend.Please dont take my word for it.. google it or ask siri. If your in Perth, WA Call me and book your FREE Inspection 0467471525 and eliminate that surprize of "Crap gotta find $1500-$2400 for new Hot Water System", " Shoulda changed the bloody anode!". If your not in perth find your local anode guy and get it checked. Its like brushing your teeth, you do it to save you having to replace them, which saves you the inconvenience and $$$ Preventative maintenace is a Win-Win situation.. Call and Book Today!!
