11.01.2022 It is so nice to have this rain to help clear the drought. But sometime when it is so wet or windy we have to cancel castle hire for the childrens or adults safety. Some of our castles do have a roof on them but they are more a sun shade not a rain cover .... We are are more then happy to set up in a shed, Large enclosed space or under covered space that meet the requirements of the castle you have hired.

We would like to assure all of our customers that despite facing challenging conditions at the moment Mr Bouncey is still OPEN for business and ready to deliver some FUN to your family and friends Your health and safety has always been our top priority and we will continue to operate in line with current advice from the government and health professionals for as long as possible. ... Tahlia has completed infection control training specific for COVID-19 and you will notice our staff following extra hygiene procedures during set up/pack up and encourage all patrons to wash their hands before and after entering a jumping castle and to limit the number of people on the castle at one time to meet social distancing measures. We hope everyone has a lovely weekend enjoying this fantastic warm, sunny weather and will keep you updated as advice changes. ~ Many thanks Jim, Sharlene & the team

We are OPEN for small private parties and events bookings... All of our jumping castles are thoroughly cleaned with commercial grade disinfectant before and after each individual hire Help us keep you healthy by asking guests to refrain from entering the jumping castle if feeling unwell. Staff will be taking extra precautionary measures during setup and pack up of the castles; we ask that you give our team the space they need during these times We still are able to reserve dates for larger scale private/public events occurring later in the year with free cancellation available We thank all of our customers for their continued support of a small family business during this time and will keep you updated with any changes. ~ Jim & Sharlene
