18.01.2022 Hello everyone, I am Alex, a Chef from Germany who found his like in Darwin. When I was little I was a very picky eater, but what kid isn’t like that!? The older I got the more passion I found putting into food. Eating it is, of course, a big factor. But the way of preparing it, changing small details to make something different each time, just got me and hasn’t left yet. This is a passion; a lifestyle I want to share with you. So I brought the company, Mr. Brown`s, to life. ...I want to show you that there is not much you need to renounce about food if you choose what you eat. We are so used to eating too much of the wrong things and less of the ones that are good for you. Here I want to show you that we do not need to give up sweets at all; we just need to eat the healthy ones that I think taste even better.
