Develop regular times for exercise and relaxation.... 5. Drink water and eat healthy foods including fruit. 6. Have regular sleep (lots of sleep). 7. Visit the Career Centre to gain further study tips. 8. Negotiate with your employer to lessen your part time work hours until after the exams. This is in your best interest. 9.
