Covid-19 Update for Rangeside Veterinarians (please share) We are open as normal here are some guidelines to help both humans and animals stay safe and healthy.... If your pet needs veterinary attention and: You have been overseas within the last 14days, Youre experiencing symptoms - These can include fever, a cough, sore throat, tiredness and shortness of breath, You have been in contact with a person who is experiencing symptoms and/or has tested positive to Coronavirus, You are self-isolating and/or are in a forced lockdown, We ask you to please phone us on 4638 1880 for advice so we can make a plan for the safety of all involved. We would kindly ask all our clients to: Limit the number of people presenting your pet to just one owner Follow recommended social distancing of 1.5m Please use hand sanitisers located in the clinic Please phone ahead to order required prescription medicine repeats or food, worming and flea control in advance so we can arrange to have them ready for you without the need to wait. We are working hard to ensure we can continue to provide complete veterinary care. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Jeff thought he could fly from the top step to the bottom step...unfortunately gravity did not agree. I'm happy to report my reassurance means Jeff is on the mend (nothing to do with Dr Jane's expertise)

This is one of the many reasons that my staff encourage microchipping your pets. However, the main frustration that staff see with microchipped pets is out of date owner details, so always remember to update your pets microchip details if you have moved or change phone numbers.
