Seems pretty straight forward, right? However, there are two things to consider when using your phone on the toilet: 1. Bacteria: by taking a phone into the toilet, you could be exposing yourself and others to germs like salmonella, E. Coli and C. Difficile. Lower your risk by holding your phone in your left hand and wipe and flush with your right! (Youre welcome.) 2. The amount of time spent sitting on the toilet is increased: over a period of time, this could put you at risk of haemorrhoid problems, and who wants that?! If you are spending more than 15 minutes on the toilet, it could be an issue with constipation, or perhaps you are just lost in "the scroll". You could also just be trying to get out of emptying the dishwasher... are you?
