21.01.2022 To our valued customers, suppliers & community members, We are writing to advise you on Matt Ryan Electricals current response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and ask that you work with us in minimizing the impact and transmission through our community. We have now implemented the following procedures effectively immediately due to the impact this has already shown to have on our business, and as we are due with our 3rd baby in the next few weeks feel the need to implement ...some practices early to help our family and yours stay safe. We value any steps you may have also implemented within your home or business. To this date nore Matt or I have been in contact with anyone that has returned from overseas, upon each booking we will ask that you confirm several questions with us prior to work commencing. If yourself or anyone in your home is unwell, please let us know and we will reschedule your work. If at any point should Matt, myself or family become unwell you will also be notified of a reschedule date. As we do alot of residential work and there are some days we could be interacting with several customers and suppliers, Matt will now take further precautions in hygeine and social distancing. Our business is already feeling the impact with some jobs being canceled and price rises from suppliers. At this stage our prices to you will not change and in turn we ask that you not panic and to keep your jobs booked. Unfortunately funds for some are getting harder in this case we ask that if you cant afford to make payment please reschedule as this leaves us struggling aswell. All payment is due upon completion of the work and we are happy to offer estimates or quotes prior to starting if you like. We are avoiding cash payments at this stage and ask that you pay via card. Direct debits can be an option although payment for these transactions will need to be finalised at the end of the job. We appreciate your ongoing support with MRE and hope that we can work together in these trying times. Sarah & Matt

Please do NOT do your own electrical work and when hiring a tradesperson you have every right to ask for their Contractors or trade license. ... Just because someone says that can do the electrical side of your work doesnt mean they should. There is no insurance for work completed that is illegal!
