25.01.2022 Nice job for the week pulled the door out of the room and sealed it back up. Bit tough matching bricks after 30 years but were hopeful a acid wash on the existing bricks will freshen them up a little and help blend the patch in.

25.01.2022 Had some fun here first we got to recreate a scene from Dexter then we knocked down some walls opened up the rooms nicely. Like most jobs you cant see all the hard work had to spend some time in the roof installing some new beams and re propping the roof but the end result was worth it.

25.01.2022 Always fun when you get to Demolish walls and now we're doing tile removal as well. Nice little job ready for the new flooring and kitchen to go in

24.01.2022 It's official Possums are the original Cat burglars. You can see in the first photo where the insulation has been ripped in the balcony roof. The reason we believe is the tricky little sods have been climbing up the wall and then using the mesh to climb across to the rafters were they could then make there way into the house through a small gap. #evictedthemarsupials Please note no possums were harmed in the eviction process but they had to be evicted as the 3am party's they were fond of were disturbing the rest of the tennents.

23.01.2022 Got to have some natural light when youre turning the shed into a gym. made a hugh difference lots of light in there now

22.01.2022 Always love doing something different We went in and repaired the roof frame and reinforced it then re insulated the ceiling and walls followed buy re lining them and the floor. At this stage the very tallented owner wall papered the ceiling and walls then put down the viynal planking leaving us to fit of a few trims etc. I have to say the photos just dont do it justice it looks Awsome. We had a great time it was a fun job great to see the old van brought back to life.

20.01.2022 These Bullnosed verandahs make such a difference to the house. It was a fun job that we just finished up, from making up the rafters and having them powder coated to the finished job. Its nice to see the grass has grown back from were we dug out the footings looks like its been there for months

19.01.2022 Carport with no walls no problem. We built some walls and enclosed the carport for these clients now the owner has somewhere secure to keep his pride and joy. Little bit of fun making sure it all stays water tight as the existing levels were a little high but the rain over the last couple of days has confirmed we got it right.

16.01.2022 Bit of fencing to start the week

15.01.2022 Had some fun this week had a job with a sunken lounge that was causing some trouble so we built the floor up to the same level as the rest of the house and re layed the carpet. It's nice when a simple fix makes a space more usable

15.01.2022 Core drilling the best option when you need to build a fence on top of a limestone retaining wall.

14.01.2022 Done a Deck with a diference this week. Rough sawn treated pine boards realy works well in amongst the granite rocks surrounding the pool, once the stone cappimg is put back on it will look great. had some fun hanging it over the rock wall definetly worth the effort

14.01.2022 When your dog decides to eat the Laundry Cabinets. Oh well good reason to put new ones in.

05.01.2022 Always fun laying a few bricks was a little tight in spots doing this wall but still fun

03.01.2022 Nice to have a job indoors with the heat at the moment. Installed 2 new cupboards and replaced the doors to the existing base cabinets plus bench tops and tiled splash backs. Once its all painted we shouldnt be able to spot the difference between the cabinets.

01.01.2022 Another interesting week had to replace the stringers on the top flight of a set of stairs. White ants decided they would make a meal of the old set and pretty much ate them out. Luckily the treads were left untouched as the complete set was originally made with recycled timber it would of been tough to match. End result we got the all back together and back in place once the walls are painted youll never know they were changed. Have a look at the photos you'll be amazed they didn't collapse.

01.01.2022 We had the job of making this bathroom a little more usable as the large hob was making it hard for the owners to get in and out of the shower. As always we start with the fun stuff pulling the old titles etc out then extended the shower out to the existing vanity and built a nib wall to separate the two. lots of waterproofing and then retile with just a small step down in the shower to keep the water in new shower screen and Rod and all done. Much easier for the client to have a shower makes life easier got to love that.
