21.01.2022 Thanks @nocheatsallowed for sharing this recipe with us. VEG, PORK & FENNEL SOUP If you’re a soup lover, you’ll need to try this one! I’m not usually a pork fan, but came across pork & fennel rissoles at my local grocer & thought, I’ll give them a go... in a soup, using all the leftover veggies in my fridge.... easy to make 11/10 on taste RECIPE all ingredients in 2nd image 1 can diced tomatoes 1/4 cup white dry wine salt & pepper olive oil MSG free Vegeta (optional) METHOD chop all fresh ingredients place onion and garlic in a wok over a high heat on a stovetop & brown off, add in all other fresh ingredients, along with spices, wine & some stock when veggies are slightly tender transfer to a slow cooker on a low heat. Place pork rissoles in the the wok on a medium heat, with a little olive oil & brown off, transfer into slow cooker with veggies, add in tin of diced tomatoes, remaining stock & vegata. Stir ingredients through with a wooden spoon. Allow to slow cook for 6 hours. You have SOUP. WARNING: You’ll be going back for seconds & thirds.
