The most amazing thing has been the loyalty and dedication of such beautiful regular customers. An incredible collection of characters who continue to bring so much fun, smiles and laughter to the business. I’m incredibly grateful for all the people that have made joyful the years serving Coffs Harbour. Thank you for all the fun a...nd good times! Wayne has been chef for the last 6 months, and brings so much skill and passion to the hospitality industry, and I could not be happier to know that Wayne is going to be the person to take this establishment and all it’s wonderful customers to the next level. We are serving the same great 'The Establishment' coffee, making our house-made cakes are muffins, and are still pumping out the Açaí bowls that MGB were famous for. We also have new menu options including salads, burgers and Poké bowls. Most of our menu items are, or can be made, vegan, vegetarian or gluten free.
