22.01.2022 Team MRJ worked hard to upgrade this food production area in a 3 day period. Remove old cove and floor finish, install new cove and new epoxy floor that has a heavy texture for non slip. The enquiry came in last week and started with can you do it next week

17.01.2022 Team MRJ over the last 25 hrs installed some pu cement and epoxy flooring patches.

15.01.2022 Team MRJ strike again. What a challenge this one presented with water seepage issues. But regardless we got there in the allotted timeframe. This is a pu cement with a 100 mm cove.

14.01.2022 Team MRJ have installed a new non slip surface in this storage area with ECTR Fast Cure epoxy.

11.01.2022 Team MRJ have battled through some tough going on this floor to try and deliver something half decent. We all should know that not all jobs come easy. This was tough as it’s a working factory with wet cleaning each day, food oils then very bad crumbly concrete. Also got in this morning to find trollies pushed onto the epoxy floor. Floor is double primed then a 2.5 to 3 mm self level epoxy broad cast out with aluminium oxide and a topcoat of epoxy. Note the drain install aswell.

08.01.2022 Team MRJ have knocked out a quick front entrance transformation over two days. Removing tiles then a lot of patching. ECTR Fast Cure base coat followed by 2 coats of MRJ PA 100 polyaspartic.

06.01.2022 Team MRJ completed this flake floor in a back of house food prep area in a total of 26 hours. We removed the vinyl, patched the defects, prepared the concrete and installed the flake as a four coat system with our new 100 % solids polyaspartic PA 100. Typical cure is 1.5 hrs between coats. PA 100 is a low odour product which was ideal for this client (they were a little nervous on past experiences of food loss from high odour products used by others in the past). Great outcome happy client.

01.01.2022 Team MRJ installed a new non slip for this bakery over the last 2 nights (5 pm to 11 pm) each night. Move gear aside do first half then night 2 move the gear to other side. Roughly 2 hrs prep each night, install base and non slip media and wait roughly 1 hr then sweep and install topcoat. Thank god for MRJ PA 100.
