22.01.2022 (1 minute read) If you are struggling with your health or fitness you need to hear this story! There’s nothing impressive about this footage or my leg training at the moment in fact there hasn’t been anything impressive about my leg training for the past 2 years! For me. I have been training pretty consistently at least getting 3 to 5 workouts in per week for 10 years and 2 years ago I hit a pretty big bump on the road with my physical health and training in other words I go...t injured. Cut a long story short I had implemented some things into my training that I shouldn’t have been doing and had lost focus and gotten slack with some of the important things like getting enough sleep & managing my stress levels and on top of that I was pushing myself hard in the gym. I knew that I shouldn’t really be pushing myself when I had those other things going on but I thought I’ll be right.. Well now we know that doesn’t f*** work!! Lesson learnt. It is 2 years on now and I am only just getting back to pushing myself a little when I train my legs and I’ve still got a ways to go until I’m back to where I was.. The fact is and was without sounding too f*** cliche it’s a journey people. I’ve been looking after people’s overall health, fitness & wellbeing for a long time. But I knew even doctors need doctors sometimes.. In other words I knew I needed help. And grateful, wiser and Humbled for it. Where as this common belief that if you ask for help you’re somehow lesser or weak but what I’ve learnt sometimes asking for help is the biggest strength of all. Again cliche and corny but true. I truly believe to get anywhere you must build a support team or your squad and thanking and acknowledging them for the impact they have had. 22.01.2022 1% Better Then Your Last.. And you’ll achieve more then you could ever imagine. Super Cliché I know... But hear me out.. Over the first few years of training I used to try to make all my sessions like it was my last sessions on earth. ... It’s cool to say train like a beast on Instagram but there’s a little peace of wisdom that most never talk about. I’m not saying don’t push yourself but I am saying aim for those little wins and over time you will be in a place you might not have thought you’d ever achieve.. See more

18.01.2022 Heard that certain Westlers do 500 per day of these. So naturally I got a little inspired and never spent much time on them so I through them in this afternoon’s Leg workout a little balanced and for little extra burn . Variation of a Hindu Squat. Give them a crack!! ... Ps. If you’ve got any issues with your knees I’d stick to a normal squat or if your a beginner probably will be a little hard on the knees. You can work up to them by spotting yourself with a bench or a chair in front of you.

12.01.2022 Some days I really don’t feel like it. By it I mean doing my workouts, doing all the Sets or Reps I have programmed, or even just following through with what I promised myself to do. In fact I’d go as far as most days I’ll think to myself of a way out of it. But does this mean I give in, sometimes but most of the time these days I don’t!! ... When I do give in to that temptation I feel terrible! I want to resist it I feel awesome or at least wayyyyyy better. So the next time that feeling of giving in to that temptation that voice that wants you to take the easy road remember if you choose to fight against it and some days it really will be a fight. 08.01.2022 I see this wayy too often... Meet @jaimielouiserose she’s one of my new victims.. Jaimie is a classic example of who I see way too often. She’s been so consistent with her training, I can tell she’s had some good trainers especially her most recent one! But unfortunately she’s fallen off track a bit and found herself with a little injury and being limited in her training. She had a great program written by a great trainer, but she may or may not have been following her p...rogram to a T, skipping on the stretching, not warming/preparing for her workouts as much as she needed to, doing extra workouts etc... Like a lot of us, I used TO BE LIKE THIS TOO, SO I GET IT, no judgement! So she was doing awesome, and you would think that’s all you need right? Get a trainer to write you a program, show up consistently and put in the work and you’ll get the results and keep them, right..? Wrong...Unfortunately...I thought this once too... While I’ll agree that it’s definitely possible to get results with just these things above, however it’s not common to keep & maintain them... Why..? .... When we get a trainer or we start an exercise program or start a new diet sometimes as clients or people we suffer from a little selective hearing or be human and do the things that are easy We do some, but not all of what we actually need to do to get the results and grow as a person. This is Why Coaching is so important. A.K.A Someone to call you on your stuff, tell you to keep going when you’re unsure, give you a different perspective or view on things when you are being challenged or just someone that is there with you when times are tough. If all we needed was just information in the form of the right exercise program or diet we’d all have the body we want and be the happiest people alive with the creation of social media. I’m not saying that coaching is the answers to all of our problems but I am saying that a lot of us go looking for the perfect exercise program or nutrition plan but we often fall short. 06.01.2022 So I’ve been water fasting for the past 3 days and today is the day I got to eat again!. Slowly easing back into food and allowing my metabolism and all my body systems to slowly get back to normal after a break and restorative phase. If you’re interested in understanding why I chose to do something like this or have questions hit me up. Fully aware that going without food for three days might be very foreign for some or might seem dangerous, this isn’t my first time nor have... I gone into this without the research and understanding. It’s a topic that I don’t share a lot of because I think it’s an amazing tool for health and long Jevity however can be very personal but I’m extremely passionate about it. So again please ask. Dynamic stretch - Workout: As quick as you can with good form.. - 50 Chin ups - 100 Push - 200 Squats - Rest Water Break - Run the light house from Wategos Beach. 04.01.2022 If you want a good booty train your feet... + = Yes you heard me if you want a good looking bum one of the biggest things that is overlooked is how strong are your feet? ... Why? Because if you picture your arch’s of your feet on the ground or collapsed inward like in the second photo above Your knee will most likely either come inwards or your feet are likely to be unstable at the very least. You might ask why is that bad...? Well without going into a long explanation. The short of it is... If you have the things above chances are your foot, ankle and knee aren’t in an optimum position for your bum to work effectively. Which is why you are leaving BIG BOOTY GAINS on the table!!! Ps.
