Whipping them up is as simple as blend, pour and freeze, and the recipe makes 6-8 popsicles so you’ll always have some on hand for hot days. Dip them in melted chocolate before serving for an extra treat. _____ INGREDIENTS: 2 cups mango chunks 2 cups orange juice (pineapple juice also works well)... 4 Tbs caster sugar 200g dark chocolate DIRECTIONS: In a blender, combine all ingredients except chocolate. Blend until smooth and pour into popsicle moulds. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, melt chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
