20.01.2022 Could anyone guess that these carpets were only 2 years old and only the second tenant Luckily our enzyme prespray breaks this soiling down and becomes easily rinsed off revealing the near new carpets We are still operating in this difficult time, we are taking the necessary precautions due to covid-19 and we can even arrange no contact booking. 17.01.2022 This morning I did my first heat transfer red stain removal (which I took the old boy Al along to see how it came up). At first glance both our thoughts were that this stain is permanent and the normal carpet friendly solvents and stain removers that we tried didn't budge it. So onto the serious stuff, 2 pack red stain fix, damp Terry towelling and iron. It took 3 goes of that to fully remove the stain and followed up with an acidic rinse(to leave the carpets in a ph neutral ...state) and blower to dry 100%. Post treatment, the affected area was left very soft and fluffy, basically restored to it original state. To say the least, both my dad and I were taken back at how well it worked. We save the x tenant cost of replacement (which the owner was going to push for), the property agent the headaches of sorting that and the owner who had just put the house on the market, the stress of not knowing if they would have to cover that cost. All in all, so happy with these results. 17.01.2022 Its been a while since our last post. We have been fairly busy not just the business but at home aswell with a new baby (not actual picture haha) So as I haven't posted any before and afters here is a bunch that we have wrestled over the last little while.

15.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS Mr Muksuc has been operating for over 25years, and for that whole period we have been operating (and operating very well) with portable machines, but the opportunity arose to purchase a truck mounted machine. This machine allows is to gain the benefits of very hot water/steam (115c) which increases the cleaning efficiency of our carpet cleaning agants and decreasing dry times as these temperature evaporate quicker, high water pressure (up to 1000psi) to flush... the dirt and soil out of your carpet and huge amounts of suction to remove all the moisture and soil, also leaving your carpets dry sooner. 01.01.2022 A repeat customer called us in after her elderly mother had fallen and given herself a nasty cut on her head and bled. We were able to remove a couple of days after the incident.
