20.01.2022 Any recommendations for boosting iron levels?? I'm really low again, same as my previous pregnancies and have resorted to smoothies and increasing my red meat consumption. Ive never been a vegetarian but don't eat much meat, preferring veggies, nuts, seeds and legumes. It seems this isn't enough for my body or I have issues with iron absorption On the upside smoothies with greens such as parsley, rocket, spinach, seeds and nuts, as well as vitamin C rich foods (to aid absorption) are really delicious Feel free to offer any advice or recommendations, I'm happy to try most things @ Perth, Western Australia

08.01.2022 Hi guys, so this is probably the last post Ill be making for a while Mr Organic has been my 4th baby for the past 6 years and ive loved every minute of it! As many of you are aware my actual 4th baby will be here in the next month or so, making it my time to take a step back, relax, enjoy my family, & entrust Mr Organic into the very capable hands of Emily, Sarah and Roberto. Sarah & Roberto are familiar faces from @palmyrafarmersmarket and Emily is a new face who will be taking charge behind the scenes - all gorgeous people so be nice to them Everything will continue running exactly as is & Ill still be in and out pending energy levels and bubs needs, but for now this is goodbye and thank you all for the beautiful feedback and interactions throughout the years
