03.02.2022 Due to weeks of lost work time we have a significant backlog of jobs. To manage this fairly and efficiently for all clients, all incoming job requests for residential services are currently being placed on an ordered list for follow up. If your job is already on our list, there is no need to contact us again. Please wait to hear from us some time this week regarding a date and time for your treatment.... Due to the backlog and poor weather forecast this week, booking wait times are expected to be up to 6 weeks in advance, and we will not be able to accept any new clients this season. We appreciate your patience, as it will take us a few days to sort our major contract and then get through all the residential enquiries.

14.01.2022 We are still open for bookings! Joe is well and healthy and still attending all works. He has not been in contact with any known cases and has no symptoms. There is usually no close contact with clients during a treatment, and we are taking extra precautions with social distancing, additional hand washing and cleaning of equipment between clients.... If you prefer, we can also adjust treatments to attend to the external only, avoiding all internal contact. There is no need to delay or cancel your booking unless you are in isolation, being tested, have been in contact with a confirmed case or someone in isolation. 14.01.2022 We are currently only permitted to complete full internal and external residential treatments within Liverpool LGA, as outlined by the NSW COVID guidelines. Whilst there is much anticipation that restrictions will be lifted from Monday 11th, we will not be taking bookings for residential services outside Liverpool LGA until the lift on restrictions for indoor trade works at occupied properties are confirmed. We are adding all enquiries for other LGAs to an ordered list for f...ollow up when restrictions are lifted. If you have added your job to the list, there is no need to contact us again. We will be in touch next week to make your booking - please bear with us as it may take us a few days to get through all the enquiries. 11.01.2022 Unfortunately the severe restrictions imposed on our business this year will have a massive impact on our peak season, and we are doing our best to update regular clients regarding expected delays. ** If you live in the Liverpool LGA, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you consider completing your service during the next few weeks to avoid missing out this year ** We have been sending Liverpool LGA reminders early, as our current backlog of suspended works is such that we will not be able t...o complete all incoming works this season. ** Joe is now fully vaccinated, and we are currently taking bookings for September and October within the Liverpool LGA ** We are a NSW Health registered COVID SAFE business, and are taking appropriate precautions including vaccination of staff, WHS screening, additional hygiene protocols and physical distancing practices. 10.01.2022 We estimated 14 days, however it has happened in just 5 Unfortunately our books are now closed for all residential appts with Joe until after Christmas. We will now be operating on a no guarantee Standby basis only, or referring to other companies whose books are still open.... We will still endeavor to attend any emergency live termite works within 48 hours. We apologise for any inconvenience.

08.01.2022 PLEASE If you or any close family or friends are in isolation, being tested or under suspicion of having COVID-19 consider your tradies! Most trade works are not a case of life and death, but coronavirus may be. This is really concerning. As small business owners we have no sick pay, no holidays accumulated to use and no long service leave up our sleeve to claim. If we can't work we don't earn!!... Many tradies are the only support for their families and are at risk defaulting on mortgages, loans and leases within weeks. PLEASE advise your tradies prior to arrival (at least 24 hours notice would be nice) and allow them to choose to rebook your job after your recovery, isolation period or negative test results have come in

04.01.2022 As per the most recent NSW Government COVID Guidelines, we are currently only able to attend to works at authorised businesses in Greater Sydney, and to complete external residential works within the Liverpool LGA. As a result our business is only operating part time. At this time we are not taking bookings for residential pest services outside Liverpool LGA, however we are adding enquiries to an ordered list for follow up when restrictions are lifted.... 18.12.2021 COVID has impacted so many people in so many ways. For us, it has severely impacted our workflows and planning, with a very quiet 6 months, followed by a sharp rise in bookings as postponed and delayed works now clash with peak season works. Due to this, all residential appointments with Joe are now booked out until the New Year.... From today we will be running on a no guarantee standby basis for cancellations and changes to appts until the New Year. As usual, will always endeavour to attend any emergency live termite work within 48 hours. We understand you may wish to book with another firm to get your treatment in before Christmas, and you are welcome to message us for recommendations in your area.
