24.01.2022 Rained out weekend for our B & C teams meant heading down to our sponsors Strathfield Sports Club for a game of 5 a-side, beer and their famous fried chicken. Thanks for all of your support SSC.

18.01.2022 Division 6 - Round 5 MRP FC 0 - 2 Marrickville With both teams searching for their first win, this game meant alot to both sides. MRP FC had a depleted squad with no strikers available and therefore had a make-shift strike force with Jake Hyde up top and Yoshi supporting him. An early Jake Hyde lob from 35 yards clipped the bar and set the tone for MRP who saw many chances not fall their way. A great strike from Marrickville made it 1-0 in the middle of the 1st half and MRP s...truggled to gain any momentum in the game. A change of formation in the second half allowed MRP more chances as their 2 strikers allowed them more opportunities to attack. After seeing more strikes hit the woodwork, it wasn't to be MRP FC's day as Marrickville hit a second late on in the 2nd half. Yoshi - MOTM - Farewell to Yoshi who has been with the club for 2 seasons. You'll always be welcome back at the club. All the best in Japan!

15.01.2022 MRP FC 1 - 3 Balmain - Rd 4 A depleted Div 1 team took on a youthful Balmain at our home game at Glover St. We held our own for the first half & even went into the break 1-0 up thanks to a near 40 yard rocket from Ollie... We continued to keep Balmain out for a portion of the 2nd half until the dam broke & they hit us for 3 goals without reply Thanks to Jimmy, Steff & Ricky for backing up for us MOTM - Ollie not only for his 2nd goal of the season but also for winning tackle after tackle

14.01.2022 Division 1 - MRP FC 2-5 vs Lakemba B - RD 4 - Barks Hut An intense game from start to finish full of goals, 2 penalties & even a saved penalty. Looked like MRP FC would be picking up a draw until we faded in the last 15 MOTM - Yoshi for backing up and playing another 45 minutes or so & grabbing a goal on his 2nd farewell of the day!... Goals: Ollie & Yoshi

You'd be coaching a great group of lads who are looking to challenge for the title after being promoted from Division 2 this season. The club started in 2016 based on the idea of two guys that wanted to combine their love for the grassroots game and the benefits to mental health that football brings, including community, connection and support. 5 years later the Club has 3 x mens teams (Div... 1, 5 & 7) in the Canterbury District Football Association, playing their games across the Inner-West and West of Sydney, and has won multiple Premierships, Grand Finals and Promotions. The Head Coach is responsible for coaching/managing the Div 1 Team, recruitment and player development. The culture is second-to-none and the opportunity to contribute to something bigger along with the Mr. Perfect charity connection is unique. 11.01.2022 Our Division 2 side have started off the season with 3 wins on the bounce. Head down to Barks Hut on Saturday for a double-header as our Division 5 side take on Hurlstone Park at 1pm and then our Division 2 side take on Burwood at 3pm.
