25.01.2022 Recent R33 skyline that was brought to us with an unfortunate bottom end knock. After stripping the #Rb25 down, of course finding some very average rod bearings, we also found what looks to be a small bolt that had been dropped into #4 cylinder & squished into the piston. We completed a rebuild of the engine in-house including a set of #forged replacement pistons, #Arp head bolts, #tomei headgasket, #Acl bearings, brand new oil pump, crank collar & more.... After some initial run in time on the #dyno she is now running smoother than ever & ready for some future bolt on upgrades. Does your car need some TLC? 19.01.2022 We had the pleasure of piecing together a custom #turbo kit for this #corolla #racecar. After all #fabrication works were completed the manifold, rear housing & downpipe were sent away for #ceramic coating. Not only does ceramic coating give a long lasting amazing finish, but also does a great job at reducing heat radiation in the engine bay, while keeping important heat energy inside the exhaust components.

This clean Integra was delivered in need of some #fabrication work, before being fired up with the new turbo set up for the first time Once fab & other minor works were carried out it was time for some #haltech #ecu #tuning . 13.01.2022 Clean 135i BMW looking for some more punch. With bolt on mods & the stock turbo on a generic flash tune it made a neat 227kw. We installed a Pure turbos stage 2 direct bolt on turbocharger, combined with a Walbro 460lph in-tank fuel pump. A custom ECU remap & Jb4 on boost duties saw power increase to 300kw! 07.01.2022 We had Ricks motard in for a check up on the Dyno, after installing a power commander & new air intake. With the power commander generic tune already loaded in we started with 77hp & managed to safely make another 3hp aswell as 5ftlb of torque. We also had gains in rideability with the drive by wire throttle being calibrated correctly & lots of smoothing on the fuel & ignition maps.... 04.01.2022 We had this lovely #R35 #GTR come to us looking for some more noise. We custom made in-house, a full #stainless steel exhaust consisting of 3.5 inch dump pipes, 4 inch mid section back to a 3.5inch rear end ready to support future power plans. We also had the pleasure of getting rid of the factory air boxs to make room for some nice #titanium cold air intakes which we also made in-house, set up with #K&N air filters, they are loving the cold winters air.... 02.01.2022 Aarons BT50 came in for a custom dyno tune. Starting with 118kw at the wheels we saw gains of 20kw & 140nm of torque. Aaron returned for a 3" exhaust all fabricated in house + K&N air filter, with a few more tweaks we saw power increase to 150kw & a total gain of 200nm of torque.
