25.01.2022 Don’t think saving your drink containers for a refund is worth the effort? Our local community groups, clubs, schools and charities certainly do! If you aren’t fussed by the 10 cents why not donate your refund and help support the great work of local volunteers.

23.01.2022 We've all suffered financial losses from COVID this week, but no one more so than our friends in Perth who have lost homes and livelihoods to bushfire over the last week. Now you can help out simply by donating your containers to the Lord Mayor's Bushfire Relief Fund. Simply bring your containers into any MR Refund location and tell our team to apply your refund to the bushfire relief fund.

19.01.2022 Reminder - We do not accept any white, nut, soy or oat milk containers at MR Refund. We love that Brownes is donating money to the Lord Mayor’s Relief Fund but their labelling has confused many of our customers and our recycling bins are full of milk! We’re a small business and have to pay for all our waste and recycling services so would appreciate if you recycle ineligible items at home.... 18.01.2022 Looks like we're set to reopen to the public tomorrow! All visitors will be required to either tap in on SAFE WA or fill in a manual contact register. Make your... visit quick, contactless and easy by signing up for a Scheme ID and using our easy bag drop service. This is our preferred method of refund as it means you can drop and go which protects you the customer and our staff from unnecessary contact. We've just seen how quickly these situations can escalate in our new COVID world so lets try to limit exposure where we can. Thanks and looking forward to seeing you all again soon! 14.01.2022 We're on the hunt for a couple of casual team members to help us get through the summer months at both our Dunsborough and Margaret River sites. Who are we looking for? You need to be physically fit as you will need to stand for most of your shift, lift around 30kgs on your own and can work in the heat.... You like working in a team environment, like having a laugh and enjoy dealing with people but are also comfortable working solo and getting on with the tasks that need to be done. You must be able to count quickly and accurately - this is the main role. You also need to enjoy the smell of beer as there are plenty of beer cans and bottles enjoyed in the South West and that's what we smell all day! 06.01.2022 This week's tip is to use a bag drop! You might like to even use this quick and contactless option to donate your containers to the Lord Mayor’s Distress Relief... Fund All you need to do is tag your bag with their scheme ID: C10414519. Simply bag your containers, tag the bag with the chosen scheme ID and drop them off to your local bag drop! 01.01.2022 In just 6 months we have counted and sorted over 3.5 Million Containers through our two MR Refund sites in Margaret River and Dunsborough. That's $350,000 back into the hands of local people, businesses and community groups. Not to mention a hell of a lot of drink containers that are going to be given a new life! Amazing work South West! We love what we do and seeing these amazing figures makes all the long days worth it
