Think about it, how can you feel good if you don’t ingest good foods and good fluids? The foods that leave us feeling sleepy and sluggish are those that vibrate at a lower frequency. Hence, when we eat them, our vibration also changes. A lot of these foods are junk foods and unfortunately, they’re engineered to taste great! 05.01.2022 | this soup only needs a few simple ingredients & is so delicious. It’s made of roasted pumpkin & coconut milk which makes it super creamy - I also added a couple of aromatic spices for extra flavours! Roasting the pumpkin is the only part that takes time but it’s it because of it’s flavours (it’s much tastier than using cooked pumpkin). Once the roasting is done, this soup comes together so fast! This has made me hunger for success in all areas and has also set my mind to put in 110% in everything I do This past weekend was one to remember for Taupo + I - our business had its ! Reflecting on it has showed us how hard we have worked to achieve this milestone - from starting with nothing and now to the point where Taupo does not have capacity to take o...n anymore hours is a We’re both grateful for our upbringing as it has taught us to not expect things to be handed to us.
