18.01.2022 This weekend I have had the upmost pleasure to contribute to a wedding very special to my heart, my beautiful cousin in law Eva and her new husband Niki! It was an absolute pleasure to be able to help them with their wedding. Living and planning a wedding in a different state is an extremely hard thing to do! We were so happy to be able to easy some of the pressure for them. 13.01.2022 Things have been a bit quiet around here recently as we have been adjusting to life as a family of 5 and getting back into the swing of weddings and function! We are now taking enquiries for the 2019/2020 and beyond wedding season!

12.01.2022 Three beautiful weddings this week! And what a range of styles they have been! First we got to help Kirsty and Kelly celebrate in the multi coloured glitter and rainbow love feat which was also Tasmanian FIRST legal SSM! An absolute proud moment to be there to celebrate! We did a completely vegetarian menu for the gals! ... Next up was Rachel and Nick down at the breath taking Highfield in Stanley, country chic and elegant with the most amazing Tasmanian inspired artisan platters and mini desserts! Yum!!! And last but not least, back to the always stunning Sandridge Estate, to celebrate Gus & Alice. We had a beautiful family style meal, focusing on Tasmanian produce again (one of my personal favs to do!) featuring an Oyster Bar & the most delicious CHEESE wedding cake! Thank you to all the brides & brides ( I love saying that) and brides and grooms! We wish you all a life time of happiness!

Tasmanian Scallops, Salsa Verde, Lemon Oil, Micro Salad Crispy Pork Belly, Pickled Slaw, Sticky Sauce ... Twice cooked Slow Roasted Lamb, Mint Potato Rosti, Pea Purée, Juniper & Red Wine Jus Vanilla Panna Cotta, Pistachio Praline, Mint Syrup, Pistachio Floss

10.01.2022 Back to the beautiful Sandridge Estate last night for the most magical union of Kirsty & Kelly, in what I believe is the FIRST legal SSM in Tasmania! It was a show stopper! From their rainbow and glitter theme to the amazing flower crown station to a flash mob & the biggest cake I’ve seen in a long time! Wishing you both all the happiness!

08.01.2022 Oh! This time last week, Rachel and Nick tied the knot! They had a beautiful ceremony and reception at highfield in Stanley, they were the first couple of use our new fairy lights! We now have hundreds of metres we can include in a package just for you!
