Here’s a few simple ones you can make at home this iso-weekend: GIN-BASED In a tall glass, pour: * 45ml gin... * 15 ml elderflower liqueur if you have it, or sugar syrup (sugar syrup is super simple to make at home, just Google it!) * 20ml lime juice * Add a handful of mint and a wheel of cucumber (to be fancy) * Top with soda water RUM-BASED This one is good shaken if you have a shaker at home, otherwise just serve over ice: * 45ml rum * 90ml pineapple juice * Juice from two wedges of lime * Add some mint if you have it! DESSERT (Aka a cheat’s White Russian!): * Brew some coffee * Melt some chocolate into it * Let cool * Pour equal parts of the coffee/choc brew, milk, and vodka into a glass over ice See more
