This local Pop-up in the Paddock is going to be a regular THANG... every Thursday morning, 7am - 12 midday (or until sold out!) right at the end of my road, Billiau Rd, cnr of Guanaba Creek Rd, Guanaba. Stacks of off-road paddock parking and plenty of beautiful, beautiful fresh and local Milk, cheese, fruit, veg and still-warm bread. Plus you can place your order for Mrs Frost's Kitchen Farmgate Picnic Hampers too (take-home menu and order forms at the dairy stall).. The weather turned out to be glorious, every one was in such good spirits, the food all worked out perfectly, I didnt have a melt down. 13.01.2022 Oh how I love playing shops This is an opportunity to really connect and talk with my customers, my community, my peers! As a kid I was always settling up shops on the footpath out the front of my house, selling something Id cooked or crafted. Nothing much has changed! So today I decided to make it a regular thing to play shop every Thursday morning, in the paddock alongside Guanaba Valley Milk and @guanabafruitvegpantry , right at the beginning of my road, Billiau Road, Guanaba. From 7am - 12pm I would love to see you pop in for all your dairy, cheese, fruit, veg, pantry and of course, my homemade cakes and other MFK favorites! Love Julie

10.01.2022 Thought Id make some remembrance wreaths to put on the farm gate for our private Anzac dawn service tomorrow morning. No red poppies around of course but I think the red grevillea is a beautiful substitute.

10.01.2022 Farm Flying School took place on the paddock gate today... our 10 new Keets (baby Guinea fowl) were put to the test in order to qualify for their Wings. Two got to the top of the class whilst the littlest one never gave up trying to get to at least beginner level. All carefully supervised by Bruce, the kelpie! #nevergiveup #babyflyingschool

09.01.2022 This little one is called Judy and shes 4 weeks old. Today is her first time through the crush and although she was very calm whilst getting a jab for worms, she wasnt too happy about having her ears pierced ( with an ID tag)!

01.01.2022 Fresh bugs bunny carrots from @guanabafruitvegpantry at this mornings pop up paddock stall. Its open until 12pm, corner Billiau and Guanaba Ck Road. Bloody delicious roasted whole in butter, topped with a drizzle of MFK Salted Caramel Sauce and a grind of black pepper! I use the fresh green tops like I would parsley but wash em well... theyre gritty!
