06.01.2022 Nothing like spending a Saturday out in the Fresh air in Bilpin. We did some Apple Picking which the kids enjoyed and supporting the locals after the devastating bushfires. So today Ive made some apple pies for my family and friends.

02.01.2022 Cooking up a storm for Mothers Day. Sweet cooking this morning. Savoury cooking this afternoon.... Freshly made Raspberry Jam. Fresh produce from the markets.

02.01.2022 Good evening all. Thankyou to all my taste testers over the past few months. It has been great feedback as to your honest answers with Taste,Flavour and Texture regarding the latest TRIAL which was the "Sugar Free Strawberry Jam,"... Yes this jam was different from the original flavours as it had tiny Chia Seeds which is packed with Fibre, as they are used as a thickening agent. Feedback from a taste tester: Sitting watching tv and then pop in the kitchen, The jam exploded in my fridge. Why did this happen? First time cooking with Chia seeds and they can expand upto 9 times their original size.Trial and Error and thats why Mrs Kings Kitchen have taste testings for this reason. To improve on flavours, Texture and what goes with what. We are still trialing the Sugar Free Range,but for now we are sticking to The original flavours which are all available.
