A long weekend with friends and family, and a barbecue was the perfect opportunity!... Winter is an ideal time to get the bbq or smoker out and create delicious meats, slow cooked to perfection. But having a Thermomix gives me so many options to create flavours. Fresh herbs and spices created this rub. I marinaded some chicken thigh fillets about an hour before cooking them. 03.01.2022 Jalapeño Cob Loaf Dip Well hello-peño Another amazing recipe from @skinnymixer #skinnybarbeque #smbbq cookbook!... So FULL of flavour, this dip is next level. With the addition of The Jokers Chicken Rub, it takes it to another level! I didn’t even take the pips out of the jalapeños so to lighten the load you could certainly cut these out or halve the jalapeños. But I went full hog mode, and whilst it was hot after a few seconds it dies down pretty quick. My dad who is certainly not a hot/chilli eater was eating it handful after handful SO GOOD!!
