19.01.2022 Guess what the 2nd biggest problem was? Repeat Ordering. Each week, people would SMS/Call/Email through their order. With over 1000 products, and only 1 week on the job I had absolutely no hope. I think we stuffed up 3 or 4 orders per day for the first 3 months, then as we slowly learned the customers and the products. 06.01.2022 We have been madly working on overhauling the integration with Xero. Using the API it can take more than 6 seconds to push up an Invoice - unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. To make the system more robust we have moved most of the Xero API push/pull requests into a behind the scenes process in a queue to keep the UI responsive, and prevent timeout/connectivity issues!
