22.01.2022 We will be temporarily closed today Tuesday 3rd November & Wednesday 4th November. Monday night a dryer in the laundromat next door to us caught on fire and unfortunately our shop has been affected by the smoke. Further updates to come.

20.01.2022 We are looking for a Sushi Maker / Japanese Chef for our busy restaurant in Ashmore. We have a strong focus on freshly made, quality Sushi & Japanese Cuisine and offer both Dining in & Takeaway. Ideally we would like the successful candidate to have experience working in a similar role but training is available to the right person. We would like to hear from you if you are: - passionate about Japanese food - able to work in a fast paced environment... - able to communicate well & work as a team member - an eye for detail and desire to strive for excellence - flexibility to work Monday to Saturday The position is casual with the potential for a full-time position once training is completed. Japanese speaking preferred but not essential. Hourly rate is according to Qld award wages.
