18.01.2022 This Saturday there will not be an organised club run. Instead the club will be hosting the Margaret River Ultra Marathon Training Weekend, helping out our friends at Rapid Ascent. This is an excellent 2 days of running covering: Sat 9:00am - Contos Campground to White Elephant, Gnarabup Sun 9:00am - Rivermouth to Gracetown ... We are keen for as many local runners as possible to participate and welcome any runners travelling to the Southwest for the weekend. 17.01.2022 Hi guys, Run number 3 of 3 from Ellensbrook, I think the consensus was ~13.5k so will take a bit longer than usual but WELL worth it, its such a great run. Depending on everyones thoughts there’s a Bruce option back via the beach... apologies for the late post. 7am start, turn left at the end of Ellensbrook rd... See you in the morning

17.01.2022 Woohoo new location, 1st run of 3 will be leaving from old Kate and taking the scenic route around the summer/winter loop. 7am start and stop for coffee after.

15.01.2022 This Saturday, 7am, White Elephant Car Park, Gnarabup. The Elf chase is on... we will be running the Crazy Steps run in reverse so a steep start, bush goodness, down the stairs, thru the creek and into the golden joy of Boodjidup sand... All welcome, fancy dress welcome. See you there. Cheers

15.01.2022 What better place to run into Christmas than the Crazy Steps! Run 1 of 3, 7am Saturday White Elephant car park, Gnarabup. Heading south past Grunters, Boodjidup sand, up the steps and over the top. Coffee, food and a swim / paddle afterwards. All welcome. Just turn up and run. For any one interested in a Christmas beer the Running Club has a table booked 5pm, 17th December at the Brew House. Good time to talk nonsense about the runs of 2020 and plan the runs of ‘21! Cheers

13.01.2022 Have a great last run of 2020 and a great first run of 2021! This Saturday, 7am, Barrett Weir car park, left off Willmott Ave in the dip for ~10kms of bush goodness. All welcome - swim in the river and coffee at the Hairy Marron. Cheers

10.01.2022 Hi Runners Good luck to everyone running in the ultra tomorrow and I hope you all have loads of fun. The weather is going to be just awesome for you and I dont think you could have asked for a better day. Just a heads up and a local concern that the "Hooded Plovers" are nesting at the moment along the beach sections, they are fairly endangered so really need to give these guys a wide berth, they are quite small so need to keep your eyes peeled. For those of you not running ...in the ultra there will still be a club run at 7am from carters rd car park if your keen. See you there.

10.01.2022 Hi Folks Yep you've guessed it, run number 2 from old kate. Its still a bit wet around the summer loop so can't promise you won't get wet feet, but what I can promise is that you won't melt if you do. 7am start as normal with coffee at Hairy Marron after.

10.01.2022 Run 1 of 3, 7am, Saturday morning, Margaret Rivermouth Carpark. Out and back to Joey’s Nose followed by swim option (+ or - a bit if anyone wants to vary the course). Coffee and food at Sea Gardens after. Cheers

10.01.2022 All runners, There’s is a course change on Sunday due to the depth and flow of the river at the Rivermouth. Instead we will run from Ellensbrook Homestead north, through Gracetown to Wilyabrup and finish at the Cheeky Monkey brewery. Same 9am run start. The Event page has been updated with the new details. Cheers

02.01.2022 Hi Runners This weeks run will be from Ellensbrook homestead. Basically turn left at the end of Ellensbrook rd and go to the car park. This is a run on one of the most spectacular pieces of single track along the c2c, its awesome! Its going to be a slightly more challenging run but im sure your all up for that considering what your in for. On the map it looks like its going to be about 13k but as Ive not run it as a loop I'm not 100%. Also bear in mind it will take a little ...longer than usual. As always feel free to turn back at any point if you don't want to do the whole loop. 7am start as normal See you there
