05.01.2022 I am on a weight loss journey at the moment. I hit 36 years and was 105kg. I did some weights here and there but was eating too much junk. I decided to lose weight to have the energy my kids and wife deserve from me. I have lost over 10kg and plan to lose and keep off 10kg more. Part of being a good Dad for me is giving my kids all I can, for as long as I can. Stay healthy Dads out there for you and the family.
