You will NOT find a SINGLE therapist out there who has been working more than 10 years without a list of patient suicides under their care. The only reason people will tell you "seek therapy," is because they don't want to deal with your problems. If anything happens to you and they are your ...parent or friend, they will feel infinitely guilty, and it will make them look bad. But if anything happens to you while you're in therapy, they will just dismiss it and blame the therapist or just blame you for being "unhelpable." Stop telling people to go to therapy. Everybody knows Therapy exists. If you genuinely want to help someone, then goddamnit just help them. Speaking to someone who listens is already therapeutic in of itself. Give them a kind non-judgmental listening ear, give them a hug, go for a walk with them... Annouce today that there will be a 2 week complete lockdown after 2 weeks from today, so people have enough food and medicine and everything for 2 weeks at there houses and doesn't need to ho anywhere.... Make sure transport is given to those who need to get home for these 2 weeks and everyone has a place to stay for 2 weeks, government shelters and everything are to be used. Provide those who need money/food/medications to stay at home for 2 weeks. Only emergency personnel including police, doctors, medical staff, law enforcement (strictly needed ones) to be approved to work for those 2 weeks and they stay away from there homes, they are to be tested at the end date of the two week world wide quarantine. Those who need medical attention will get free ambulance services for 2 weeks but will have to be tested or kept separate from the rest of the family home ( Reason: if that person going home after emergency on the 3rd day of quarantine carries covid, there 14 days will not end later and they will become the new patient zero) RESULTS: Everyone who had Covid during this time will get past it.
