16.01.2022 Big shout out to the boss Andrew Phu who has been chosen as member of the month at F45 Heidelberg! Hustle never stops for Andrew with his 6am classes everyday before work!! Repost @f45_training_heidelberg with @repostsaveapp Congrats to our Member of the Month of March - ANDREW PHU ... An integral member of the 6am crew and wearer of the funkiest socks (cool ones not stinky) in the studio. A huge fitness inspo within our community to our members and our crew, always determined & ready to tackle the workout adding in the extra tuck jump, burpee or one handed push up and always with a smile. Always ready for a laugh & challenge and to chase the goals we set.. Well done Andrew keep up the great work ! How long have you been training at F45 Heidelberg? I joined F45 in June 2018. There was a drought in my fitness regime ever since the 3rd little bub came along - sleepless nights, changing poo nappies, projectile vomits etc. I stopped doing Crossfit coz of injuries and falling a bit out of love with it. Needed a new change with exercise and always drove pass the studio early in the mornings and saw these cray cray people running up and down the street at 5.30am lol. I was intrigued. What do you love about F45 Heidelberg ? Love the atmosphere, great coaching staff and my mates Dan and Zac to train with! Great tunes and variety of exercises. The session times and location is very convenient for my lifestyle. Works perfectly for a busy dad! Fave session? I'm Asian and I like Maths - guess? Fave exercise?A Step:) ? Shuttle sprints and burpees! oh yeah! Future fitness goals? To be in the next Asian Baywatch. lol Just to be fitter and stronger, try to eat healthier (although very hard to give up the cha siu pork and crispy pork belly - yummio! Oh and don't forget yum cha and those prawn dumplings geez me how can i say no!) Fave tunes? Old skool RnB - 2pac, Biggy Smalls, Mase, Snoop Dawg, P Diddy Burpees ? Love/hate ? LOVE Most proud within your fitness journey with F45 ? I think I've been able to stay fit, (if not improved), increased my endurance levels and toned up a bit better. Most importantly, I've pulled up painfree and injury free after every session. Also my wife seems to stare at my body for that little bit longer when the clothes come off ( i hope its more out of lust rather than disgust lol) See more
