06.01.2022 Hi All This is not a post anyone involved in an event wants to put up, but from yesterday's MSCT Khanacross at Powranna, Sadly someone thought it was OK to clean out a wallet of cards and cash from one of our competitors tow vehicles while parked in the trailer parking area. This incident has been reported to Police, but a good reminder that if you see anything suspicious in and around our events in the future please report it immediately to one of the club officials.... Also remember to secure your vehicles, toolboxes, trailers and either hide or keep any valuables or belongings with you when your vehicle is out of sight. This was a low act and something we don't want to see any of our members or anyone else for that matter, have to go through when at any of our events. From your MSCT Organising Team

06.01.2022 Thanks, everyone for a fantastic day, even if the weather this morning was not ideal, it did make for some slippery fun. Congratulations to all the competitors and huge thanks to all the officials and everyone who helped out on the day. See you all on the 29th at Powranna

05.01.2022 Thanks to all the officials and helpers from today and congratulations to all the competitors. Here are the results from today.

05.01.2022 A few shots from yesterday

03.01.2022 Just a reminder for the upcoming LWE Mt Stages rally this weekend, there will be presentations and a dinner at the Mathinna club and hall after the event as per... previous years. This venue can hold up to 80 people inside under the current COVID requirements, social distancing is to be encouraged and remember if your having a drink in the club, you must be seated. Also, for anyone staying in the town on Friday night before the rally, the Mathinna club will be doing takeaway pizzas starting for approx. 6pm

01.01.2022 On behalf of the organising team, I am writing to you with regards to the Tasmanian round of the Australian Rally Championship, Rally Tasmania, currently scheduled to occur in Launceston and surrounds from 6-8 November 2020. After much deliberation, we regretfully wish to inform all of our valued officials and supporters, that we have decided to cancel this year’s ARC event. This decision has been made following a conscious consideration of the current situation in relation ...to COVID19. The withdrawal of sponsors, including our major sponsor Subaru, as well as the uncertainty of access to the state for mainland competitors has made the ARC section of the event financially not viable. The potential risk of exposure to COVID19 to our competitors and volunteers is also a key concern in our decision. Rally Tasmania will still run on the 8th of November, but will be limited to the Tasmanian Rally Championship only, and will also be reduced to one day of competition. We are really looking forward to getting back into competition and we’re keen to see you all in November!! Until then, stay safe, maintain your social distancing and support the Tasmanian Rally Championship Rounds (5th September, 3rd October and 7th November) Regards, Graham

01.01.2022 If the club had the opportunity to run either.... 1. A gravel hillclimb or 2. A supersprint at Symmons Plains (club day)... in 2021, what would your preference be?
