21.01.2022 YIAH Style Meatloaf Taste of : USA Ingredients:... 500 gs Pork mince 500 gs Beef mince 1 cup. Oats 1 Egg 1 cup. Milk 1 tbsp. garlic 1 tbsp. YIAH Louisiana Creole 1 tbsp. YIAH Honey Camelised Balsamic Vinegar 1 tsp. Biryani spice blend 1 tsp. Soy Sauce Directions: Pre heat oven to 180 deg. In a large bowl combine both minces, garlic, oats & egg. Gradually add combined Louisiana creole dip mix and milk. Place in a loaf tin and put in oven for 30 mins. Make glaze by combining remaining ingredients (BV, spice blend & soy sauce) After half hour in oven glaze meatloaf. Bake for a further 15 mins then glaze again. Bake for final 15 mins. Allow to rest for 5 mins before serving.
20.01.2022 Choc Honeycomb Slice Taste of : Australia Ingredients:... 250 gs Malt Biscuits 4x50 gs Crunchie Bars 600 mls Thickened Cream 375 gs Nestles Sweetened Condensed Milk 2+ tbsp.s YIAH White Chocolate Powder Directions: 1. Grease and line two 1828 cm lamington tins. 2.In electric mixer,whisk cream until firm peaks form. Pour in condensed milk and continue beating until firm. 3. Beat in The YIAH White Chocolate Powder..(.to your taste) 4. Add 3 crushed Crunchie Bars and fold through. 5.Pour into prepared tins and sprinkle the remaining Crunchie,crushed over the top of mixture. 6.Place in freezer overnight(if you can!) 7.Cut into squares. Enjoy!
19.01.2022 My Yiah Caesar dressing Taste of : Canada 1/2 tsp (2 mL) 3 tbsp (50 mL) 2 drops of oyster sauce or 2tsp of anchovies paste 1-2 tsp of yiah beetroot... Ingredients: 1/8 cup. YIAH Wild Lime EVOO 1/8 cup. YIAH Intense Garlic EVOO 2 tbsp.s Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 tbsp. White wine vinegar or yiah balsamic vinegar 2 tsp.s Dijon Mustard 2 Cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper (Use yiah salt and pepper you like best) Use yiah salt and pepper you like best) 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp.s Light mayonnaise 2 tsp.s Anchovie paste Or a drop or two of oyster sauce. 1-2 tsp. YIAH Beetroot Dip Mix Or a spice of your liking. Directions: Whisk all ingredients together and enjoy on your salad. Makes enough for 2-4 salads.

17.01.2022 Gingerbread Biscuits Taste of : Africa Ingredients:... 125 gs Softened Butter 1/2 cup. brown sugar 1/2 cup. Golden Syrup 1 Egg Separated 2 1/2 cup.s Plain Flour 1 1/2 tbsp.s YIAH Gingerbread Baking Spice 1 tsp. Bicarbonate of soda 1 cup. Icing Sugar 3 Various food colour Directions: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Beat butter and sugar until pale and creamy. Add golden syrup and egg yolk and beat until combined. Add flour, spice, bi-carb and stir until combined. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth then refrigerate for 30 mins. While chilling make your icing by beating egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sifted icing sugar and beat until thick and glossy. Place into 3 or 4 separate dishes (depending on how many colours you wish to use) and add desired food colouring and refrigerate to harden. Once dough is chilled roll out to about 5mm thick and cut-out desired shapes. Place on tray and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely before icing.
