21.01.2022 After hearing so many rave reviews, I finally tried Skinny Mixers famous Butter Chicken. So yum! Probably not the best choice for a 37 degree day though..!

20.01.2022 Going with tradition this Good Friday. Went on an adventure to the fish markets so we could have snapper for dinner. You have to try this all-in-one Varoma fish if you haven't already! Veggies, fish, rice and sauce done in 20 mins!

11.01.2022 Just made my own almond milk for the first time. Super quick and easy, not to mention cheaper than buying the premade stuff! 100g almonds, 700g filtered water, blitz on speed 10 for 2.5mins then strain.

11.01.2022 Excited to introduce my 10 month old to fish cakes tonight. I'm trying to incorporate more fish into our diet and these were really easy to mix in the bowl and steam in the varoma! White fish filets, green beans, carrot, zucchini, coriander, shallots, tamari, fish sauce and coconut cream.
