A Casual Front of House co-ordinator to get us through the busy season with the possibility of being able to continue the role for the right person in the new year. ... Duties to include: answering telephones, booking appointments, guest follow ups, dealing with enquiries, client comfort, tidying and cleaning, stock control and much more. Marketing experience and customer service experience beneficial. Wage $26ph Apprentice or casual salon assistant. Duties to include all client services as well as maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the salon. Full time apprentice position will be considered for the right applicant. Senior stylist. Position structure can be discussed. Must be confident in all aspects and hold a Cert 3. All positions only available to Australian residents or Citizens. No sponsorship available. 09.01.2022 It’s time to politely reach out. The last 4 weeks have been absolutely horrendous with last minute cancellations and reschedules. It’s absolutely deflating as a small business owner when a fully booked day goes to empty within 24 hours. We send reminder texts 1 week prior and then again 4 days prior. Many are not even responding to those messages and then calling to cancel the day before. ... Please if you receive your reminder message and cannot make it please let us know ASAP at least then we have the chance to take other bookings. Today (Wednesday) we have 23 hours of cancelled or rescheduled appointments. That’s 23 hours of senior stylist time that has to be paid while there is no work. Please be considerate and reschedule your appointments when you receive your reminder messages.

04.01.2022 I actually have no words 2020 has been an emotional and physical roller coaster for us all but as a business owner the challenges have been extreme. We finished our last day before Christmas (not 2020 as we are open NYE) with a team brekkie and secret Santa. I was absolutely spoiled by my wonderful team - I am truly blessed, not because I received these amazing gifts but because I have a team of wonderfully dedicated women who are up for the challenge, desire to grow a pa...ssion to make their guests feel their best every day. 2020 was actually amazing, cannot wait to see what 2021 brings X
