25.01.2022 In tough times where life & running a business is so very stressful these types of messages make it all so worth while! Myself and my amazing team are so very blessed to have the most amazing customers ever! We appreciate each and everyone of you, we are humbled by the love you have for your furbabies and the trust you put in us! Thankyou from Cindy, Stevie, Jaiden, Laura, Liz & Martine! Little Dash Its Dee here - I just wanted to thank you again on the beautiful hair c...ut you gave Dash today he looks gorgeous and he knows it too. Since Dash lost his sister 12 months ago he had gone downhill. He fretted and lost a lot of his hair. Weve worked hard to get him back again. Changed our Vet who scooped him up and helped him to be himself again. We changed his diet took him off dog food that many of us feed our dogs through ignorance. Hes eating minced duck and chicken, sweet potato, zucchini, and kale as well as 3 different vitamins, hes regained his lost hair it seems after todays salon haircut. And he walked in this afternoon looking so proud of himself. That made us feel honoured that because of your beautiful hair cuts, his amazing dedicated vet at Bentons Road, and his mum and dad who are just following orders and would go to the ends of the earth for him he was today the dog he should be. Thank you so much for all your kindness towards little Dash. Its been a huge effort for him to be himself again. Will see you in 4-5 weeks. Cheers. Dee See more

23.01.2022 COVID UPDATE! The following is an idea of our latest trading restrictions & how our new trading will look for the next 6 weeks! As Pet care is classed as an essential service (Of course we all knew our furbabies were essential) we will be remaining open to feed and pamper your furbabies! There will be changes to what we can offer you and reduced hours but we will keep you updated as we find out more! Please share to your friends so they know we are open! ... I have spoken to our food suppliers today and we will have plenty of food, treat & medical supplies for your furbabies! Please pre order your large bags of food through a FB message or a call to the shop! Grooming will be offered but only at certain times and days! (NO weekends) All details will be posted here in coming days! Zero contact drop off & pickup using our leads will start on Wednesday! If you would like us to do a treat bag just give us a $ value and we will prepare it for pickup or no contact delivery! We also are happy to drop your prepaid food and treats at your front door (contact free of course) Feel free to call us to order any special food or treatments or medications you may require to get you through! We will do our very best to keep your furbaby healthy & happy throughout the coming months! 19.01.2022 Please Please Please don’t drop in to see if your pooch is ready after 30mins or ring 4 times asking! This is our everyday normal now! Coats in this state take a lot of time, not your fault we know, however it’s not ours either and we need your patience! Our groomers are doing an amazing job getting your furry fuzzy matted friends back to pre Covid condition!

16.01.2022 To all my beautiful hoomans & furbabies! As of today our grooming is closed until Sept 17th Please book for 6 weeks time as its going to be crazy up until Chrissy! The pet shop is still open for Food, treats, toys etc! Hours will be advertised weekly! ... This week it is Monday 9-5pm Tuesday 10-3pm Wednesday 10-3pm Thursday closed (If I can handle not coming in!) Friday 11-2pm Take Care everyone!

14.01.2022 Hello all! Well, we have all heard Dans decision on a longer stage 4 lockdown! As crazy as it is that our furbabies suffer through another 3 weeks, it is what it is! All previously booked appts will be rescheduled in the next week to new dates! Bare with us as we do this as its a mammoth task! In the mean time, brush your furbabies and cut out any Matts you find! This will make them comfortable (if not so pretty) until we return! Remember beautiful hoomans this will end & we will get to the other side! Live, Laugh, Love as much as you can! See you all soon! Ooops...I Forgot to say Shop is open Tuesday & Thursday 9-11am for food, treats, medical products & a chat!

09.01.2022 Covid 19 update as of 5/8/20 As Mt Eliza Groom Room falls under the Victorian Govts definition of providers of essential services for animal health, welfare & sale of pet food, we will continue to provide products & services to keep your pet healthy! We will continue to serve you as always with food, flea treatments, grooming products & medications plus our usual grooming services with Covid Safe practices being of the upmost priority. ... For customers preferring not to enter our premises please call upon arrival & a Groom Room staff member will come to your car to deliver your food or furbaby! We also offer contact free food delivery within the 5 km radius. Cashless payments are now our preferred method of payment & can be done over the phone before picking up. To help protect our customers & staff as a condition of entry to our store face coverings are to be worn plus hand sanitiser (supplied by us) must be applied at the door! Should you have an exemption please advise us. This is in accordance with the Vic Govt public health requirements that came into effect on July 30th In these strange trying times we Thankyou for your support & cooperation!
